Seasonal Celebrations
At Balfour, the experience shifts with the seasons. Summer brings long
evenings on the terrace or under the stretch tent, with BBQs, flowing
glasses, and little urgency to leave. Spring offers a sense of renewal,
best explored through tours and tastings among the vines.
Then comes autumn and winter, when things turn inward—towards
generous, sit-down meals, intimate gatherings, and the occasional
workshop.
Wine, after all, isn’t seasonal. And neither is the vineyard.
